This “Chamber University,” presented by Glenn Shepard of Glenn Shepard Seminars, is a fully accredited course that has been taught through the Continuing Education department at 146 colleges in 24 states, and has been certified by the Society of Human Resource Professionals. People who attend this program include it on their resumes because it sets them apart from other job applicants (SHRM surveys have found that 1 out of 2 recruiters prefer those with HR certification).

This program is also accredited by numerous state boards for CPE credit for CPAs, engineers, attorneys, funeral directors, nurses, and many other professionals that are required to take these classes to keep their licenses.

This accelerated one-morning program provides quick solutions to the seven most common issues managers in the trenches ask about:
1. How to turn EVERY employee into an asset - an enthusiastic, committed, productive member of the team
2. How to defuse tension, toxic behavior and defang even the most malicious employees
3. How five powerful words keep your employees supporting you
4. How two simple things can motivate people more than huge money
5. How to fire without fear
6. How to recognize the line between helping employees and enabling them.
7. Learn "the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it." - Dwight D. Eisenhower

Tuition:
$129 for Chamber members
$149 for nonmembers
