What barriers stand in people's way of engaging in their community?
The second civil dialogue on community development will provide young professionals and community members an opportunity to define and discuss the major issues, within Omaha and beyond, that prevent individuals from participating in opportunities due to the way our community is laid out and developed.
The Greater Omaha Young Professionals and Nebraska Humanities Council invite you to join other community members for a discussion on the Barriers to Entry. Uncover conscious and unconscious assumptions to raise your awareness of what makes an inclusive community. This will be a facilitated discussion by Inclusive Communities. The wider array of perspectives, the stronger the discussion. All are welcome to participate.
